2016: Home Sales Review

Another year is gone: 2016 was an interesting year, and now is history.

Here is my quick overview to the area we mainly cover. All recorded sales via MLS in 2016. Number of available homes for sale has been low all year-long with steady increase in sale prices and average marketing time between 27 and 83 days.

The most affordable town is Garland with a median sale price of $170,000 and the most expensive is Lucas, where the median sale price was $602,500
