While the number of foreclosures have diminished drastically in Dallas Metroplex, there are still some good deals around.

Foreclosures level in Dallas Metroplex is 75% below the pre-recession foreclosure levels! This is the reason, why no so many good deals can be found by investors. Piece of advice: if is a good deal, go for it right away!

As of Thursday evening, here are 3 new deals available:

A house that is move in ready (Fannie Mae deal): 3,962 SF with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in Frisco. Priced pretty much near the market value.



This house needs lots of work, not unusual: updating, carpet, drywall. Has 1,314 SF, 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, priced at $117,500. Situated in Garland. This one is suitable for an investor: could bring a good return. Of course, a buyer must act real fast. Call me, if need help with the offer!

Also, in Garland, another good deal: this house has a pool! Repairs needed are not excessive, but a kitchen upgrade is a must, in my opinion. House has 1,604 SF, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good return on the investment.
