Searching for new house to buy can become confusing some time: there is an abundance of information available, and of course, as buyer you want to actually see and feel the house. Many times, by the time you decide to see the house found online, that house is already sold!
Here, I am trying to help any potential buyer to find and decide about available homes. Today, I want to recommend two house in Stonelake Estates neighborhood of Frisco. This neighborhood is at the south west corner of Eldorado Rd and Custer Rd. This neighborhood is about 3.5 miles from Sam Rayburn Tollway.
Within the neighborhood is the Ashley Elementary School, which is considered to be a very good school.
Here are my recommendation for homes:
- 11308 Seaside Ln, Frisco – has about 3,854 sf of livable area with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 cars garage. House has been built in 2006. Original listing date was 11/11/2016. Listing price is $515,000. To me this looks like a good buy: is under the usual price for the neighborhood.

- 11209 Covey Point Lane – has been built in 2007, has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 cars garage. Per tax data, square footage is 4,675 sf. Originally listed on 10/13/2016 for $589,900. Listing price has been reduced to $564,900. There seems to be more room for negotiations.
