2017 Real Estate Market Activity For The Metroplex

The real estate market is booming! For now, at least. 2017 has been a good year for homeowners in the Metroplex with continuing increases in sale prices, from as low as 0.6% in Parker to an amazing 28.4% in Van Alstyne! This data covers most of the major cities in the north area of the Metroplex, base servicing area for the Nord Realty.

All results are based on the MLS activity during the 2017 for single family detached homes. Increases are for 2017 over 2016.
